The first purpose-built studio complex in Luxembourg is ideally situated in the village of Contern close to all infrastructures of Luxembourg City.

The complex includes, on a total surface area of 10.500 m²:

- 4 film studios:

1225m², 725m², 475m², 428m² with

heights ranging from 8.5 to 10.5 meters.

- A separate workshop building of 400m² and 150 m² of Offices.

- More than 2000m² of production offices, dressing rooms etc...and a Restaurant.
